1.
(The Earth Before Cities) Fantastic landscapes that Stretch to the edge of the sky And blur into horizons As far as the eye can Perceive and reveal In their glorious sights all the Science of God All the powers of life Murals and palimspsests Laid over rock and earth Laden with colours And earthly desires and All is a garden for death And destruction and life In a cycle of endless rebirth And renewel
2.
Vulture King 02:45
(The Sixth Extinction) Sat wings wide on his carcass throne In his grizzly castle of blood and bone With his sharp, dark eyes and his long, cold stare Watch the Vulture King as he tears flesh bare (nightmare) Now the apes have come to despoil the land And their poison flows through the carrion And the Vulture King who kept plagues at bay Will in death curse them to a painful end (none spared)
3.
Green Leaves 06:21
(The Rout of Humanity) The springs grow silent, the world grows quiet And men, done carving the world apart Now see the light as the fires grow dark And frantically try to light a spark Too late, the kings and the bourgeoisie, The rich, the captains of industry Now grasp the truth and begin to see The future cost of their luxury The millions crushed under poverty Are first to suffer expiry A painful death from a cruel disease Or slums pulled under the rising seas But nature suffers no fool to live And soon the doom willl consume the rich The blood of classes mixed in the streets Environmental apocalypse The blood congeals, the world moves on From temporary oblivion The Earth scabs over with fields and trees Reclaiming cities with leaves of green And man, now humbled must start again Reduced to living Mousterian No memories of the forgotten age A footnote lost on a burning page
4.
(Man in the Wilderness) Instrumental
5.
(The New Religion) Lost sons of a fallen race Daughters of man left to face Dark nights in the world untamed Pay for ancestor's disgrace Come to the church, gather here Come to this place, pray and kneel Pray now to the Holy Fear Come to the church, sins revealed
6.
Rebuilding 04:11
(The New Metropolis) Instrumental
7.
(Man on the Brink of Erasure) Years burn, pages turn Man once more masters the Earth And by some twist of fate Replicates that cursed age with Air clogged thick with smog Seas become oceans of sludge But still bells loudly peel From the Church of Holy Fear Panic held up high Consecrated human fright Anxiety now seen As a blessed state of being But fear bred in night Could now save 6 billion lives A sudden wave a dread As scholars exhume the dead Bones of long ago Mirror images in stone The fragments of machines Relics of a time of greed A vision of the grave Man begins to change his ways Guided by Holy Fear Makes peace with his mother dear

DOOM HEART BLOG:
"A deeply intriguing, multi-faceted and unique sound!"

L.F. MONTAG:
"The Residents + Mr. Bungle + King Crimson + Jethro Tull + Sleep = What a wonderful band!"

VIZAURAL PODCAST:
"Did it live up to that great, 1960s, proggy cover? Yeah! It was gothy; this was one of the songs my daughter told me to turn off, she said it was witch music! The first minute of it you're hearing soundscapes and then it kicks in to being a doom metal song but with keyboards and weird instruments. I just sat up and thought "Oh, this is good!" The keyboards were so good! I wish I could see this live and I hope that he dresses as Rick Wakeman. There needs to be more music like this. Man, this was a fun find and I was so glad that finally I saw a cover and the music was exactly what that cover art was." Full review: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hgx8XUf16TU&t=39m57s
